1. Purpose

The Sustainable Booking ecosystem is built on the pillars of transparency, sustainability, and empowerment. This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards required for all Specialists and Partners hosted on our platform at meet.sustainable.day or through our white-label services.

2. Ethical Engagement

We expect all users of our infrastructure to:

  • Empower Others: Use the platform to provide value, knowledge, or research that benefits the community.

  • Practice Transparency: Align with our "Building in the Open" philosophy by being honest about your services and goals.

  • Professionalism: Maintain high standards of communication with clients and partners booked through the system.

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect the reputation of our ecosystem and our partners, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

  • Financial Speculation & Unregulated Markets: We do not host services related to Cryptocurrency, NFT trading, or high-risk financial speculation.

  • Gambling & Betting: No services related to online gambling, betting platforms, or "get rich quick" schemes.

  • Fraud & Deception: Any activity involving fraudulent claims, phishing, or misleading marketing is strictly prohibited.

  • Harmful Content: We do not host services that promote hate speech, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity under Estonian or International law.

4. Enforcement and Termination

fortheworld OÜ reserves the right to audit the services provided through our infrastructure. If a Specialist or Partner is found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct:

  • Notification: A formal request for clarification or correction will be issued.

  • Suspension: Access to the booking engine and its integrations (Stripe, Google Calendar, etc.) may be suspended immediately.

  • Termination: Permanent removal from the ecosystem for serious or repeated violations.

5. Reporting

If you encounter a Specialist on our platform who you believe is violating these terms, please report it to us at everyday@sustainable.day.
