Our platform offers various integrations to enhance your booking experience (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Payment Gateways). These integrations are not active by default. You, the user, must manually authorize and connect these services within your account settings. Once integrated, the platform only accesses the data necessary to perform the specific task (e.g., generating a meeting link).
5. Google API Services Disclosure
Our booking platform utilizes Google API Services to synchronize appointments. In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we provide the following disclosures regarding our application, Sustainable Support (Project ID: sustainable-support):
Calendar Access: Our app requests access to
/auth/calendar.readonlyand/auth/calendar.events.Data Usage (Processing): We access your Google Calendar solely to sync events between our platform and your personal calendar. We read your "busy" slots to prevent scheduling conflicts and write new events when a booking is confirmed on our site.
Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Privacy Guarantee: We do not read or store calendar data unrelated to our specific booking service. Your Google data is never used for advertising, internal analytics unrelated to your specific booking, or sold to third parties.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain your Identity Data and Scheduling Data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or to comply with Estonian accounting and legal obligations. All data is processed using industry-standard encryption and hosted on secure, GDPR-compliant servers.
7. Your Rights
