By accessing any subdomain of sustainable.day (including Meet, Travel, Voice, and Help), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners.
2. Use of the Ecosystem
We provide tools for Connecting People and Planet. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes:
meet.sustainable.day: You agree to provide accurate information when booking sessions. "Work" slots are reserved for professional collaboration; "Life" slots are for personal connection.
travel.sustainable.day: This is a search and aggregation tool. We do not sell tickets directly. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the third-party provider (airline, hotel, etc.).
voice.sustainable.day: By submitting content, you represent that you own the rights to that content and grant us a non-exclusive license to share it within our mission-driven community.
3. Intellectual Property
The content on sustainable.day, including our "Code of Chivalry" business model and original storytelling, is the property of fortheworld OÜ. You may share our content provided you give appropriate credit and link back to the source.
4. Limitations of Liability
Travel Bookings: Since travel services are provided by third parties, fortheworld OÜ is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or disputes with travel providers.
Service Availability: We strive for 100% uptime, but we do not guarantee that our subdomains will always be available or error-free.
5. User Conduct (The Knight’s Standard)
We reserve the right to cancel bookings or restrict access to our ecosystem if a user engages in:
Harassment or abusive behavior.
Misrepresentation of identity or intent.
Attempts to bypass our security or "scrape" our data for commercial purposes.
6. Governing Law
As fortheworld OÜ is an Estonian entity, these terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

We build in the open and may update these terms as our ecosystem evolves. Significant changes will be announced on our blog at sustainable.day.
