This can include information associated with your Sustainable Day account, participation in Meet Sustainable Day, communications, bookings, or other services you have used.

If information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or complete it.
We aim to keep personal information accurate and up to date.
Delete your information
You can request deletion of your personal information where the applicable legal requirements for erasure are met.
For example, deletion may be appropriate when the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where processing was based on consent and that consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for continuing the processing.

Meet Sustainable Day and your account
If you use Meet Sustainable Day, your account may contain information related to your participation on the platform.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
Account and profile information
Contact information
Authentication information
Meeting and booking information
Information you provide when participating in meetings
Communications or other content you choose to submit
You may also use supported third-party sign-in options such as Google, Apple, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
When you use one of these providers to authenticate your account, the provider may share certain information with Sustainable Day to create or access your account. The information available to us depends on the provider, the authentication method, and the permissions involved.
Your third-party account password is not provided to Sustainable Day.

Managing your account
Where account-management or privacy controls are available, you can use them to review or update information associated with your account.
If you cannot make the requested change yourself, you can contact us for assistance.
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. This helps prevent someone else from accessing, changing, or deleting your information. Please tell us what you are requesting and, where possible, provide enough information for us to identify your account or interaction with our services.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
How long does it take?
We aim to respond to valid data-protection requests without undue delay and, in principle, within one month of receiving the request. Where permitted by law, this period may be extended for complex or multiple requests, in which case we will explain the reason for the extension. European Commission
Data-protection requests are generally handled free of charge. Applicable law allows exceptions for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive. European Commission

If you believe your personal data has not been handled appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.
As a company established in Estonia, the relevant supervisory authority for matters within its competence is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). You may also have the right to contact another supervisory authority, depending on your circumstances.
