These Terms of Service govern your use of Sustainable Day and the services operated by fortheworld OĆ, including websites, digital platforms, travel tools, meeting services, and other services we may introduce.
By accessing or using a Sustainable Day service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms that specifically apply to a particular service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the relevant service.
Our services
Sustainable Day is an evolving digital ecosystem designed to help people discover, connect, explore, and make more informed choices.
Our services may include:
Sustainable Day websites and information services;
fly.sustainable.day, for discovering and comparing travel and flight options;
meet.sustainable.day, for discovering, booking, and participating in meetings and other activities;
community, communication, and sharing features;
links, recommendations, and resources provided by third parties;
other tools, platforms, and services introduced as Sustainable Day develops.
Not every service is available in every country or to every user.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as our services evolve, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations that apply to you.
Using Sustainable Day
You agree to use Sustainable Day lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
use our services for unlawful purposes;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
interfere with the operation or security of our services;
introduce malware or other harmful code;
impersonate another person or organisation;
misuse another person's account or information;
abuse booking, meeting, communication, or community features;
use our services to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or harmful material;
attempt to circumvent reasonable security or access controls.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action where misuse threatens the security, integrity, or proper operation of our services.
Accounts and authentication
Some Sustainable Day services may require an account.
Where available, you may be able to create or access an account using supported authentication providers such as Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other supported methods.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account and the devices you use to access it.
When using third-party authentication, your relationship with that authentication provider is also governed by its own terms and policies.

Meet Sustainable Day
Meet Sustainable Day allows participants to discover, book, and participate in meetings and other activities.
Depending on the service and activity, information displayed to other participants may include information you choose to make available as part of your profile, booking, or participation.
You are responsible for the information and content you choose to submit or share through the platform.
You should not provide information about yourself or another person that you do not have the right to share.
Meeting hosts and participants are responsible for their own conduct and interactions. Sustainable Day provides the platform and related functionality but does not necessarily participate in, control, or endorse every interaction between users.
Fly Sustainable Day
Fly Sustainable Day is a travel discovery and comparison service.
It helps you search for and compare available travel options but does not itself operate airlines or provide transportation.
When you select a travel option, you may be directed to a third-party travel provider to complete your booking.
The travel provider is responsible for the booking, ticket, payment, cancellation, refund, and other contractual aspects of the transaction.
The provider's own terms and conditions apply to that booking.
Prices, availability, and information
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but travel prices, availability, schedules, meeting availability, and other information can change.
This is particularly relevant to flight and travel searches, where prices and availability can change between the time you search and the time you complete a booking.
Information displayed by Sustainable Day may come from third-party providers.
We do not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Where you are making a purchase or booking with another provider, the information and final price presented by that provider at the time of booking are the information that governs the transaction.
Third-party services
Sustainable Day may connect to or display services provided by other organisations.
These may include:
travel and booking providers;
authentication providers;
meeting and communication services;
payment providers;
mapping and location services;
analytics and technical service providers;
other technology partners.
When you interact directly with a third-party service, that service's own terms and privacy policy may apply.

Content and intellectual property
Sustainable Day and its underlying content, branding, design, software, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, you may use our services for their intended personal or business purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our protected content without appropriate permission.
Content submitted by users remains subject to the rights they have in that content.
By submitting content to a Sustainable Day service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that doing so does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
Where a service requires us to display or process your submitted content to provide that service, you grant us the limited permissions reasonably necessary to operate that service.
Community and user-generated content
Some Sustainable Day services may allow users to submit reviews, comments, recommendations, profiles, messages, images, or other content.
You remain responsible for what you publish.
Content should be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the service.
We may remove or restrict access to content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, or operate the service.
Where applicable, additional information about reporting or challenging content decisions may be provided within the relevant service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sustainable Day available and reliable, but online services cannot be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
maintenance;
security measures;
technical failures;
third-party outages;
network problems;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may also improve, change, or introduce features as Sustainable Day develops.
Where changes materially affect a service you have paid for or have a continuing contractual relationship with, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.
Paid services and third-party bookings
Where Sustainable Day itself offers a paid service, the applicable price, payment conditions, renewal conditions, cancellation rights, and other terms will be presented before you commit to the purchase.
Where a booking or purchase is completed with a third party, that third party is responsible for the transaction and its applicable contractual terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. Affiliate relationships
Some Sustainable Day links, recommendations, or travel offers may generate a commission if you make a purchase or booking.
This does not necessarily increase the price you pay.

Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access to a service where reasonably necessary, including where:
these Terms are seriously or repeatedly violated;
an account presents a security risk;
fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected;

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using a Sustainable Day service at any time.
Certain provisions ā including those relating to intellectual property, liability, disputes, and obligations that by their nature should continue ā may remain applicable after use of a service ends.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating Sustainable Day and providing useful services.
However, Sustainable Day is not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, including failures or actions of independent third-party providers, airlines, travel agencies, authentication providers, payment providers, telecommunications networks, or other external services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to fortheworld OĆ, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available to you regardless of any contractual choice of law.
