Keeping the Campfire Burning

Sustainable Day is an independent project built around curiosity, useful information, thoughtful travel, sustainability, and real-world connection. We want to keep it that way.

That means no filling every corner with advertising, no selling personal data, and no turning every recommendation into a sales pitch. We'd rather build something useful first and find honest ways to keep it going.

Keeping an independent project alive still takes resources. There are servers, software, research, development, creative work, and a lot of time spent behind the scenes making everything work. Much of that work isn't visible, but it's what keeps the lights on and the ideas moving.

Sustainable Day can be supported in different ways - through services, selected partnerships, affiliate relationships, products, digital resources, community contributions, and other projects we create along the way. When there's a commercial relationship behind something, we aim to be clear about it.

You don't need to buy anything to be part of this.

Reading an article, sharing something useful, sending us feedback, recommending Sustainable Day to someone, or simply coming back when you need it all helps. And if you do choose to support us financially, you're helping make more independent work possible.

There is no guilt, no pressure, and no hidden expectation.

If something here makes your journey a little easier, your next trip a little better, or gives you an idea worth carrying with you, that's already a win.

The tools will change. The technology will change. We'll keep learning and probably change our minds a few times along the way.

But the idea stays simple:

Build useful things. Share what we learn. Stay independent. Keep improving.

That's how we keep the campfire burning.

Thank you for being here.
