All session changes are handled directly within meet.sustainable.day.
To modify your booking, log in to your account and access your session from the dashboard.
Rescheduling
To reschedule:
Log in to meet.sustainable.day.
Open your upcoming session.
Select a new available time.
Confirm the change.
Your updated session will immediately appear in your dashboard.
If you previously added the session to your calendar, you may need to update it manually.
Cancelling
To cancel:
Log in to meet.sustainable.day.
Open your scheduled session.
Select the cancellation option.
Confirm your decision.
Once cancelled, the session will be removed from your upcoming bookings.
Payments
Sessions are time‑specific services.
If the session required payment, refund conditions follow the cancellation terms shown during booking.
