These Global Terms of Service govern your access to the digital ecosystem provided by fortheworld OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing any of our platforms, including but not limited to Sustainable Support and Sustainable Testimonials, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

3. Radical Transparency & User Conduct
Our ecosystem is built on the principle of "Engineering Radical Transparency". We expect our users to interact with our platforms with high integrity:
Account Integrity: You must provide accurate information when using our social login features (Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Prohibited Use: You may not engage in data scraping, reverse engineering of our white-label infrastructure, or any activity that disrupts the "Better ourselves, better the world" mission.
Spam-Free Space: Our booking and testimonial tools are strictly for professional growth and authentic feedback; any spam or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
The fortheworld OÜ ecosystem consists of 18 platform licenses and proprietary white-label frameworks.
Ownership: All software code, "Transformative Teal" branding, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of fortheworld OÜ.
Usage Rights: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access our services for personal or professional scheduling and feedback purposes.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our platforms utilize various third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar APIs, SocialJuice infrastructure).
User Authorization: You acknowledge that you must manually authorize these integrations.
External Policies: Use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, fortheworld OÜ provides its infrastructure "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service failures.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
