1. Purpose of Service
The Sustainable Booking platform (meet.sustainable.day) is a white-label infrastructure provided by fortheworld OÜ to facilitate Strategic Discovery Sessions, technical consultations, and platform onboarding. These terms apply specifically to the use of this booking service and the interactions with our Specialists.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation
Real-Time Sync: Appointments are scheduled in real-time. A booking is only considered "confirmed" once you receive a confirmation email from our system.
Google Calendar Integration: By utilizing our "Sustainable Support" app, you acknowledge that the system will read your "busy" slots to prevent scheduling conflicts and write the confirmed event to your calendar.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide a valid name and email address to ensure the delivery of meeting links and calendar invites.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Notice Period: To maintain the efficiency of our ecosystem, we request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
How to Modify: You can reschedule or cancel your session directly through the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your user profile on the booking page.
Specialist Availability: In the rare event that a Specialist must reschedule, you will be notified immediately via email to choose a new time slot.
4. Conduct and Use of Sessions
Professionalism: Sessions are intended for professional growth, technical platform exploration, and strategic planning.
Recording: Sessions may not be recorded by the user without the explicit verbal or written consent of the participating Specialist at the start of the call.
White-Label Discovery: Information shared regarding our 18 platform licenses and infrastructure during these sessions is proprietary to fortheworld OÜ.
5. Technical Disclaimer
While we "Engineer Radical Transparency" and aim for 100% platform uptime, fortheworld OÜ is not responsible for technical failures caused by third-party calendar providers (e.g., Google) or local internet connectivity issues that may prevent a session from occurring.
