Data Processor: The technical infrastructure is powered by a white-label partner, which processes data on our behalf in compliance with GDPR standards. All reviewer data is stored on secure servers located within Central Europe (Germany).
3. Information We Collect
When you provide a testimonial, we may collect:
Personal Data: Your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided).
Media Content: Video recordings, audio clips, or written text submitted through our collection forms.
Technical Data: Approximate location based on your IP address (not shared publicly) to verify the authenticity of reviews.
AI Interaction Data: If you utilize our AI tools to refine your review, interaction queries are processed but not retained long-term.
4. How Your Testimonials are Used
Public Display: Approved testimonials may be featured on the "Wall of Love" at
sustainable.dayor embedded in our other platforms.Verification: We use your contact details to notify you if your review is published or to respond to any feedback provided.
No Sales to Third Parties: Your personal data is never sold to advertising firms or used for purposes unrelated to the testimonial service.
5. Retention and Your Rights
We retain your testimonial as long as we have your consent to display it. You have the right to:
Withdraw Consent: Request the removal of your video or text review at any time by emailing everyday@sustainable.day.
Access & Portability: Request a copy of the media content you have provided.
Erasure: Have your associated metadata deleted from our systems.
