Prohibitions: You may not use our infrastructure for spam, unauthorized data mining, or any activities that compromise the ecosystem's stability.
4. Service Availability
We strive to offer high-uptime platforms for our white-label license holders and specialists. However, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or update platform features to ensure "Total Transparency" and security.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, design elements (including our Transformative Teal branding), and proprietary methodologies for our 18 platform licenses remain the exclusive property of fortheworld OÜ. Unauthorized reproduction or white-labeling without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
fortheworld OÜ provides its ecosystem "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platforms or any third-party integrations (such as Google API services).
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through mindful dialogue shall be settled in the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
