1. Service Description The Sustainable Booking platform (meet.sustainable.day) is a high-performance scheduling infrastructure provided by fortheworld OÜ. It allows users to browse available "Solutions," coordinate with "Specialists," and manage professional appointments.
2. User Accounts and Authentication To facilitate a secure and seamless experience, users may create accounts or verify their identity using third-party social authentication providers, including Google, Apple, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
3. User-Authorized Integrations Our platform offers various optional integrations (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Stripe). These integrations are not active by default. You, the user, must manually initiate and authorize these connections within your personal dashboard. By doing so, you grant the platform the limited rights necessary to execute the service (such as generating a meeting link or processing a payment).
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling While we strive for flexibility, users are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Specific cancellation policies may vary based on the "Solution" or "Specialist" selected and will be presented at the time of booking.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court in Tallinn.
